HVD系列程控數(shù)顯維氏硬度計有六種型號:分別為10kg手動及自動轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計、30kg手動及自動轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計、50kg手動及自動轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計，是采用計算機軟件控制，高倍率光學(xué)測量系統(tǒng)，光電傳感等技術(shù)實現(xiàn)D型測量裝置與壓頭自動切換，通過軟件輸入，光源的強弱自動調(diào)節(jié)，并選擇維氏與努氏試驗方法、保持時間，文件號與儲存等，提供了各種硬度值的轉(zhuǎn)換表以供參考，在LCD大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗方法，試驗力，測量壓痕長度、硬度值、試驗力保持時間，測量次數(shù)并能鍵入年、月、日期，試驗結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)處理等，通過打印機輸出。
該硬度計應(yīng)用范圍廣，即適用于測量微小、薄形及表面滲鍍層處理后的零件，也適用于一般機械零件測試，顯微維氏硬度試驗更能進(jìn)行材料金相組織及脆性材料的硬度測量。是工廠及質(zhì)檢部門進(jìn)行研究測試的理想的硬度測試儀器。

The tester is specially designed for testing minute, thin samples or parts after surface coatng or general mechanical part. For research institutes, factories labs and QC departments, Microscopic Vickers hardness test for better material microstructure and brittle hardness of measurement.this is an ideal hardness testing instrument for research or measuring purposes.
