2. 能客觀地處理客戶的投訴，有良好的溝通表達能力。包括語言、肢體、外表都要有專業(yè)的風範。

3. 對口專業(yè)中專及以上文化程度。跨專業(yè)的不容易開展工作。一專多能的人才ZUI佳。

4. 良好的職業(yè)道德。以負責的態(tài)度對待工作，不能踢“皮球”。

 

1. 負責設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試、培訓、維修等；

2. 處理客戶的投訴或建議。發(fā)揮公司與客戶的溝通橋樑作用；

3. 出外勤，解決設(shè)備的故障。做好故障記錄並定期回訪；

4. 每月或按公司既定的時間段裏做出故障分類統(tǒng)計，向公司彙報設(shè)備售後情況，為公司改進產(chǎn)品提供依據(jù)；

5. 能完成公司安排的計畫外工作。如設(shè)計、裝配、業(yè)務等工作。
